# Ability to SSH to remove server

Is there a way to connect the Lens desktop app which is running on my Windows laptop via SSH to a remote Linux server where the kubconfig file, kubectl, aws cli, are located?

I am trying to connect to an EKS cluster and getting the following error and I think this capability may help →

type-o on title… meant “remote”, not “remove”
