# Add feature to show a description of a K8s Resource

Some info screens do not show everything about a K8s resource (i.e. PVs do not show hostpath or related info). In order to see this info, I have to edit, look and cancel.

Please add a feature to show, readonly (in Json, YAML, etc.) a description of a resource (with line numbers).

Thanks for the suggestion — this is a **very reasonable and practical feature request**.  
I’ve already created a user story for this.

What about showing the standard annotation `kubernetes.io/description` ?

Thanks for the suggestion, we already show all the annotations for all kube objects in the details panel. Though we could probably introduce a way to pin specific annotations to make them always visible
