# Lens Pro is not active after the subscription payment

You might need to refresh your subscription token. To do that complete the following steps:

1. Download your **activation code** from your [Lens ID](https://app.k8slens.dev/home) page. See [Offline activation](https://docs.k8slens.dev/main/getting-started/activate-lens-desktop/#offline-activation) for details.
2. Unregister from **Lens Desktop**. See [Unregister the Lens ID](https://docs.k8slens.dev/main/getting-started/activate-lens-desktop/#unregister-the-lens-id) for details.
3. Select **Activation Code** and paste your activation code into the **Activation Code** input field.
