# The hotbar has disappeared

I received an email saying that for contributing to the Lens community, the hotbar would be enabled in my personal plan.  
It worked for a while, but after an update, the hotbar disappeared.

Thanks for reporting this, and sorry for the confusion!

We took a closer look on our side, and it appears the issue is related to **multiple Lens ID accounts**.

You previously received the Hotbar activation email on one of your Lens ID accounts. However, the account you’re currently logged in with inside Lens Desktop seems to be a different one.

If you switch to the account that originally received the Hotbar promotion, the Hotbar should reappear automatically.

I log in with the same account, the only thing that has changed is that I changed the account email

@msa0311 i also now have no hotbar, same account, verified to make sure.

Crazy to feature lock this type of thing behind a paywall.
