After opening a pod shell, I find that the normal copy / paste commands are not functional. Neither the keyboard ctrl C and ctrl V nor via right click context menu.
Is this a know limitation? Sure makes for a lot of manual command entering.

Hello @denniscookcrx, and thank you for your feedback!
Please check in the Lens Preferences under Terminal to see if you have “Paste on right-click” enabled. In our Windows version, we currently support pasting from the clipboard using the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl + Shift + C and Ctrl + Shift + V. This is common in some other Windows applications as well, although I understand that the majority of users are more familiar with Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V.
I will pass this feedback along to the team.
Hello, thanks for the info about preferences. The option was not enable, but the operation still does not even match what you mentioned. Here is my finding.
Within the terminal window a single action copy/paste occurs with the mouse selection of text then single right-mouse click. The selected text is pasted to the cursor position.
After that operation that selected text remains in the clipboard and available for pasting to any external location.
Also the content of the clipboard obtained from external location will also paste to the cursor position in the terminal window with the single right click.
The Ctrl + Shift + C combination will take focus out of the terminal window and move it to the Catalog Browse window. However, the Ctrl + C does copy selected text to the clipboard.
Both combinations of Ctrl + Shift + V and Ctrl + V will paste the clipboard content to the cursor position.
Many thanks again
Thank you so much for your feedback @denniscookcrx and the time you’ve invested in this. Could you kindly let me know which version of Lens you are using?
Looking forward to your response!
