Blank Screen and no support

Just upgraded from a much older version of Lens, and I’m getting a blank screen. I tried to contact support, but it keeps redirecting me to a page that says I have a Pro subscription with 24x5 support.

This is a blocker for me as I was working on getting Lens to see metrics.
