I am getting this error message by clicking support

Hello @scalenesolutions,
we had a release yesterday, and as a result, a few services were temporarily unavailable. Could you please check again to confirm if the connection to our support is working properly now?

As a side note: we usually announce such events in advance and display them as an in-app notification in the top-right corner within Lens Desktop.
