Lens-metrics : If an upgrade is available, impossible to uninstall

When a lens-metrics upgrade is offered, it’s impossible to uninstall it without upgrading first.

Also, it would be necessary to add a file (not overwritten during an update) to specify the images used, as the cluster may not necessarily have access to “registry.k8s.io”, “docker.io”, or “quay.io”.

Additionally, the ability to specify tolerations and nodeAffinity is needed, as our modifications are also erased with each upgrade.
