This happened to me also, - I opened Lens after long time (over half year) and it opened correctly, then I clicked to update it, it has correctly updated and after that every time I open it, it is stuck in grey blank screen (tried restarting, reinstalling nothing worked), finally got it solved after manually deleting all lens folders from AppData on windows

Hello @dlopeze,
We are aware of this issue and it should be resolved in upcoming release. meanwhile as a workaround user should delete Lens user data. specifically auth-token-store.json and restart lens.
If you use MacOS:
- Close Lens.app if open
- Open Terminal.app
mv "$HOME/Library/Application Support/Lens/extension-store/lenscloud-lens-extension/auth-token-store.json" \ "$HOME/Library/Application Support/Lens/extension-store/lenscloud-lens-extension/auth-token-store.json_backup"
Open Lens again, you should be able to re-activate Lens and continue using Lens
If you use Windows:
C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Roaming\Lens\...
