Selecting Pod Logs shows all pod logs - Version: Lens: 2025.3.181451-beta

Couldn’t find an error to provide feedback on the pre-release versions, so posting here.

When selecting a pod with multiple containers to view one particular container, it selects all containers within the pod to show logs instead of the desired container within that pod.

Thank you for reporting this issue. I am currently unable to reproduce this behavior in both stable and beta versions of Lens Desktop. To help us investigate this further, could you please provide:

  1. The version of Lens Desktop you are using
  2. Screenshots showing:
    • Your pod selection
    • The container selection process
    • The unexpected log output
  3. Is this happening with all pods that have multiple containers, or only specific ones?
  4. Steps to reproduce the issue

This additional information will help us identify and address the problem more effectively.

Had to post two replies as “new users” cannot post more than one image at once.

  1. Lens: 2025.3.181451-beta
    Electron: 33.4.0
    Chrome: 130.0.6723.191
    Node: 20.18.1

  1. Happens with all pods that have multiple containers
  2. Steps to reproduce:
  • Navigate to the cluster you are wanting to view the logs from
  • Click on Workloads → Pods
  • Select the pod you are wanting to view.
  • From the dropdown select the container in the pod you are wanting to view.
  • When the logs pop up, it shows all containers instead of the desired container in which you selected.
