Unable to access any Cluster in Lens

I am unable to access clusters in Lens app also in kubectl

Error in Lens

Error in Powerhsell while running kubectl command

Since kubectl also has the error, it’s not an issue in Lens.

Can you suggest any solution? as to what could be the reason for this error ?
