Error: the .exe file is not there after installing

I have installed the windows version for all users and the installer was executed with admin permissions, and when it finishes it says it cannot found the .exe, If I go to the folder is not there neither.

  1. What the Windows version do you use?
  2. Did you install Lens in the default directory?
  3. Have you installed Lens on your system before?
  4. Was it Installed for a single user?

  1. Windows 10 Pro.
  2. No, on a different drive other than the Windows one.
  3. Not before.
  4. It was for all users.

Could you take a look to see if the exe got copied to the default location (C:\Program Files\Lens ), please?

I have installed it in the default path: inside the C://Users folder and it works.
