It has come to our attention that not all users were notified of our changes to our Terms of Services and some received notice later than others. Transparency, communication and trust are important values for Mirantis and Team Lens.
We deeply regret the inconvenience and confusion caused by the delay in communicating our updated Terms of Service. While we reached out directly through in-app communications, Lens forums, and email prior to the change taking effect, it was not done in a sufficiently unified manner. Unfortunately, we made a mistake in our communications process, and we sincerely apologize for this oversight.
We have decided to revert back to the previous Terms of Service that took effect on July 28th 2022. We will communicate our updated Terms of Service in the next coming days, prior to any changes taking effect. We understand the challenges and apologize for the confusion this might have created for you.
