I’ve noticed today, that my Lens instance doesn’t have access to ANY of my local clusters. Is there any changes in personal subscription? Currently I can’t use Lens at all with personal subscription, is it expected?

No it is not expected. We are investigating. In the meantime could you try to Logout and Login again to refresh your token. In Lens Right corner → Unregister → Login again.
There was a case where this could happen. We have released a hotfix for the issue. If you still experience this, please download the latest from Lens – Download
