MacStealer.ext! MALWARE in trivy-amd64 (VirsuBarrier found it)

Hi,

Today I tried to install the latest image (Lens-2023.4.141316-latest-arm64) on my osx what I downloaded from the site. During the installation my VirusBarrier found the following infection in trivy-amd64 file: OSX/MacStealer.ext. This has blocked the installation. I tried again and I got the same result.

Could somebody check this file because of this possible high risk infection? If this is true than it is a huge security issue in the package.
