I am currently running Lens Desktop version
2023.11.131420-latest and I have a Lens Pro license. The CLI is pointing to dev and I am not sure how to fix this.

As a Lens Pro user, you have access to our dedicated Support Team!
You can simply write to them through the chat box in the Lens app. To open it, you just need to click the Support button in the bottom right corner.
